I presented them with what was almost certainly an impossible and unreasonable request and yet they provided me with a solution that the word "outstanding" barely does justice. Under time pressures and with limited information, Rozmin and her remarkable organization quickly located an elusive object for me that had been quite difficult to locate for anyone before, they arranged -- beautifully -- for me to then obtain the necessary access to it, and they eventually achieved my specific goal in retrieving certain information on the object which I urgently needed - and they did it all with gentleness, humor, efficiency, quiet discretion, and grace. The cost was unbelievably modest for the hard work done and my personal and professional life is better due to their efforts.
