Our services include everything you deem important when renting your investment, and the watchful eye of our experience.  Some of our services include, 

• Prepare Advertising designed to attract suitable tenants
• Screen callers and pre-qualify them before discussing with you, the owner
• Keep the landlord/Strata informed of the potential tenants including move dates
• Process application from tenant, check credit rating and references
• Provide legal documents including tenancy agreements, any addendum's, and Form K if applicable
• Provide post dated cheques or arrange direct deposit on your behalf if requested
• Manage tenant close out conditions including suite clean up (rug cleaning, paint touch up's etc) at landlord’s expense
• Building and suite walk through with pre screened applicants including all storage lockers, parking, common spaces etc.
• Deal with regular tenant issues re maintenance etc…
